About The Event
On 22nd August 2025, the CME we had a theme of “Cracking the code - future of obesity care” with great scientific sessions covering essentials of obesity by Dr Vishnu Hayagreeva fcovering the natural history of the disease, pathogenesis, effect of modernisation and sedentary lifestyle on obesity, the multisystemic effects of obesity, clinical evaluation and management was discussed in a very practical manner .
Followed by talks on Semaglutide a miracle medication in the field of obesity by Dr Pramilra Kalra and Dr Rajeshwari Janakiraman renowned endocrinologists. Indications, precautions, parameters to monitor, possible adverse events, follow up of the patient, contraindications all are discussed in depth in these sessions.
